Ota Janeček was an important Czech painter, graphic artist and illustrator. He was a member of the Mánes Association of Visual Artists and the Hollar Association of Czech Artists and Graphic Designers. For his early, poetically conceived cycles he found inspiration in nature (Birds, Trees, Butterflies, Grasses).
