Karel Schadt was a Czech impressionist painter and pedagogue from Příbram, he painted oil paintings of landscapes. In Příbram, he graduated from the Training School, a burgher school and a teacher's institute, then from the Kalvoda Landscape School in Prague. He organized the first exhibition in his hometown, he also undertook a study trip to Europe, especially Italy and France.
