Around 1900, Jaroslav Panuška created several works that seem fantastic and demonic, with slender ghosts and vampires appearing on them, stretching their long and sinewy sharp claws at people and trying to scare them and possibly suffocate them. This dark note of fascination with decadent themes represents the most interesting work of Jaroslav Panuška, who breathes the atmosphere of a hard night full of nightmares. Jaroslav Panuška seeks the embodiment of evil and fear, connects the world of people and the world of fantasy, and embodies ghosts, deaths, fear and disease right next to human beings.
