Viktor Stretti (1878 - 1957) THE BEACH AT OSTENDE

Viktor Stretti excelled at engraving and printmaking techniques, and travelled widely in London, Paris, Netherlands, Italy, Slovakia, and Belgium, which was the source of his artistic account of the beach in Ostende. This spa and port suddenly inspired him to depict local pastt-imes like relaxing on the beach and playing polo.
