It is a document which Emperor Charles V gives the coat of arms to the brothers Stephan, Matthias, Jorg, Hans, Emanuel and Achacio Fentzel, dated June 28, 1539. In addition to the depicted emblem, there is the emperor's handwritten signature on the deed (bottom left below the text). The document relates to the Nuremberg patrician Fentzel family (Stephan Fentzel, mentioned in the text, is documented in Nuremberg in 1538 as a goldsmith).
