Vladimír Kopecký (1931) CIRCLE

The prominent glassmaker and painter Vladimír Kopecký contributed to the phenomenal success of the Czechoslovak pavilion at EXPO ’58 in Brussels. In his paintings, he tests the geometric order of things and the colors that have metaphysical values in his paintings. Vladimír Kopecký often based his author's texts on the border of evening dreaming. He is absorbed in color and feeds on it himself. "I've wanted to be a painter since I was five. I like painting.
