Jiří Černický (1966) GOLDENES VLIES

Jiří Černický is first and foremost an experimenter, using intermedia techniques, including video art and virtual poetry, in his work. The golden fleece from the ancient legend of Jason is created by stucco on animal fur. The work became part of the exhibition "Dolby Painting or Conquest of Dante's Hell by Thor Heyerdahl". It also hides a peculiar humor, which manifests itself primarily on a formal level.
