Karel Liebscher (1851 - 1906) FOREST LAKE

Karel Liebscher was a Czech figurative painter, brother of Adolf Liebscher. He was appreciated for his meticulous and elaborate motifs, and illustrated books and magazines. He created a series of paintings of Czech landscapes, where he focused on important cultural monuments.
