František Tichý (1896 - 1961) MAGICIAN WITH CARDS II

The first graphic sheets of František Tiché belong to the thematic circle of circuses and variety artists. It forms a relatively comprehensive work. Jesters, figure skaters and jugglers also complete the motifs of magicians with cards, which have also been used in paintings. František Tichý subjected the spatial solution of the transfer of cards from right to left hand to multiple investigations.

Listed in the inventory of the graphic work of Fr. Dvořák from 1961 under inventory number 30.
