Vladimír Boudník experimented with various materials in the creation of graphic matrices, he also used waste and tools from everyday routine while working at ČKD Vysočany. Thus, active graphics began to emerge, the essence of which was a spontaneous creative gesture. He later expanded art in the raw state with other expressive possibilities such as color monotypes, structural graphics with a matrix similar to assemblages. Zoomorphic graphics, also called Rorschach tests (since 1966), work on the principle of symmetrical imprinting of stains, here he was inspired by images from the diagnostic method of the same name used in psychology. A later version of the matrix without preserved print is published in the author's monograph.
