MAZLAGAN

Famous design from the province of Hamadan (western Persia), known from the Mazlagan region, combining elements of urban and village carpets with a typical central lightning-shaped medallion. The predominantly red color is usual for these carpets and the offered specimen is thus in a very rare palette of colors, which are also on a purely natural basis, the combination of apricot and indigo color makes it an extraordinary collection piece.
