Vincenc Vingler (1911 - 1981) AN ANTILOPE

Capturing of animal psychology and original work deviated from traditional human figures perfectly captures the artwork of the author Vincent Vingler. He kept his distance from fashion trends in fine arts and created his own world full of animals. Although his contemporaries sought primarily anthropocentric creation and emphasis on human grandeur, Vingler consistently counterbalanced this tendency and did not diminish the importance of depicting the animal in the art. He tried to find a simplified form that perfectly captured the essence of the animal itself.
