CHESS CUP

The rare cup made of hyalite dark purple gilded glass was probably created as a prize awarded in a chess tournament in northern Bohemia. It is decorated around the rim with chess motifs with a chessboard, names of towns (Jablonec nad Nisou and Liberec) and dates. Very good preservation condition.
