Ecce homo, or "Behold human!", is one of the classic representations of Christ - whipped and crowned with thorns. This topic was artistically addressed by Caravaggio, Hieronymus Bosch, but also Albrecht Dürer, to whom Jiří Anderle expresses his admiration through this paraphrase. Jiří Anderle is currently one of the most important Czech graphic artists, and the role of man, whether mythological, artistic, historical or social, has repeatedly come to the center of his work. Dedication written in pencil: "To Jeník Wilda".
