The author's favorite theme of girls, rendered with a melancholic, painterly sensibility, is based on the mood of the late 1940s and 1950s. The focus of Ludmila Jiřincová's work was primarily young women, appearing as a symbol of human destiny and a manifestation of the gentle and sensitive human soul. Ludmila Jiřincová graduated from a painting, ceramics and landscape school. She was engaged in free graphics, illustrations, cartoons, exlibris, painting, stamp and poster creation. She illustrated around 360 books.
